My journey began in the prestigious kitchens of Portugal, where I honed my skills in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Fortaleza Do Guincho and Hotel Altis Belem. This experience laid the foundation for my expertise in Modern European, Mediterranean, and International cuisines.

My career has taken me from the fast-paced environments of luxury hotels and high-end restaurants to leading roles as an Executive Head Chef and Head Chef in well-known establishments across Great Yarmouth. I've developed a deep passion for sushi and fine dining, and my time at My Hmm further refined my precision and artistry in preparing raw fish.
